WALK FOR CUMBRIA UPDATE

DUE TO A FANTASTIC RESPONSE, WE HAVE HAD TO SUSPEND ACCEPTING YOUR WONDERFUL KIND OFFERS AND HAVE CURRENTLY CLOSED THE LISTS AT THIS TIME.
DAVID AND I THANK YOU FOR YOUR WILLINGNESS TO HELP BUT IF WE TAKE ALL THAT HAVE CURRENTLY COME FORWARD IT WILL RESEMBLE THE MASS TRESPASS!

THANK YOU FROM BOTH OF US

David Powell-Thompson and myself are organising a walk around Grange, Watendlath and Borrowdale to raise funds for the people of Cumbria in light of the awful situation that has arisen.

We are looking at staging this next March and a cost of £20 per head will go to the CUMBRIA COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. The government have promised to match that fund upto £1m.

As well as tapping into Davids vast knowledge, I will impart some photographic tips along the way and we are sure it will not only provide some much needed support for those affected by this disaster but we hope it will be an enjoyable day out in a beautiful part of the world.

There are no limits on the numbers attending so please bring as many as possible. We hope to have a raffle or two along the way too.

If you wish to attend can you please contact either of us on the following emails:

mgilligan@wastwaterphotography.co.uk

or

david.pt01@btinternet.com.

We look forward to hearing from you and hope you will support us, supporting them at this time.

Thank you in anticipation from both of us.
