“As people began to spend more time in the outdoors, the development of the camera bag as we know it for landscape photographers, began to evolve alongside this progression. Whilst a small number of dedicated bags had been produced in the 1960’s, the world of the ‘outdoors, camera rucksack’ didn’t really materialise until the late ‘80’s early 90’s. I know because I was always searching for one and was delighted when they began to appear.  “

“Earlier in the year, I was asked if I would like to contribute some of my landscape photography in Snowdonia for the forthcoming official book celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Eryri National Parc.“

“I am delighted that my work has been recognised and as a result, I have been asked to be a judge on next years ‘Intimate Landscape’ competition.”

“As a landscape photographer, I am well aware that many photographers do NOT enjoy the warmer days as they feel that the light is too contrasty and the green pervades. “
